Perrys Sittingbourne Vauxhall were great because from the moment I visited they were helpful, friendly and I felt like they were genuine and trustworthy. They brought a car to my house for me to test drive and made everything as easy as possible for me. They were very reassuring and did everything they said they would. Jody was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend them.
My experience at Perrys Sittingbourne Vauxhall could have been better because they could have checked their paper work and ensured all information was correct before selling me the car. The day before collecting was informed that the monthly payments was not correct going from being told £250 per month to £330 per month.
I was told I would then be given the paint and scratch work package for free which then changed back to not being able to.
There was a 2 year warranty added to the finance without being consulted about this. It was added and nothing was said resulting in again more monthly payments.
When collecting the car I had it for 2 days, on my day off work noticed there is scratches and marks on rear bumper which have been left.
I checked previous mot history before buying and noticed that there was a lot of advisories. I had to then ask them to correct this before selling - this included 3 new tyres one of which had nail in, brake pads and disks.
I changed my insurance over to new car ready for collection which then because of the finance mess up resulted in me having to change back to previous car.
Will not use again. Only continued with purchase of my car as I had heart set on it and these errors come up just before collection.
I'd definitely recommend Perrys Sittingbourne Vauxhall to friends and family because I found the service very good. Everything was explained fully and I have just the car I was looking for.
